Individual Therapy | Summit County & Virtual | $140/session

This is a great fit if:
you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, tinnitus, mood disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, or family conflict. You may feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward. You may be carrying the weight of past traumatic experiences that continue to impact your thoughts, relationships, and sense of safety. You are looking for a therapist who is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care—someone who will honor your story, move at a pace that feels safe, and help you build practical tools for meaningful, lasting change while supporting you in processing and healing from trauma.

What to expect working with Lauren:
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, attuned, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences openly. I believe healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship, and our work together will be collaborative and goal-oriented, balancing insight with actionable strategies. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT),Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation to help you understand patterns, regulate your nervous system, manage emotional distress, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthy coping strategies that support long-term emotional balance and resilience.

For individuals healing from trauma: I use a compassionate, structured approach such as Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care to help you safely process traumatic experiences, reduce symptom intensity, and build adaptive coping skills. We move at a pace that feels supportive while fostering growth and empowerment.

For tinnitus and medical-related stress: With specialized CBT training for tinnitus management, I help clients reduce the emotional distress associated with chronic symptoms while improving overall functioning and quality of life.

The goal? To help you feel more empowered, regulated, confident, and equipped with practical tools—so you can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.
