Rooted in values. Focused on you.
Our guiding principles
Holistic healing
Being a human is complex. So is healing. We bring curiosity and care to every layer of your experience.
At Alchemy, we see you as a whole person: not a diagnosis, not a set of symptoms, and not someone to be “fixed.” Our approach honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Whether we’re working with trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions, we support the whole you in your healing process.
Modern & dynamic
Change happens in the body, in relationships, and in the nervous system not just in the mind.
Insight is important but it’s really enough on its own. Real, lasting change happens through the body, the nervous system, and in how we show up in our relationships. That’s why our work is robust. We integrate approaches like EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, somatic therapy, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to help you not just understand yourself but truly transform how you feel and live.
Inclusive & trauma-focused
You deserve a space that honors your full humanity - without judgement, assumptions or pressure to “just get over it”.
We center the impact of trauma-big and small-in everything we do. We understand how lived experience, systemic oppression, and relational wounds shape not just how we think, but how we feel, cope, and connect. Our approach is affirming, body-aware, and deeply respectful of your identity and boundaries.
Integrity driven
We hold ourselves to a high ethical standard, because you deserve therapy that’s both effective and aligned with your values.
We’re committed to showing up with presence, humility, and professionalism. That means we prioritize your safety and autonomy, and continually engage in training, consultation, and self-reflection to offer you the highest quality care. From how we schedule sessions to how we would boundaries, every part of our process is guided by care, clarity, and respect.
“I have worked with Hannah and her team for referrals and support in my own practice. She and her team are knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive! They are on the cutting edge of therapy while maintaining ethical standards.”

At Alchemy Therapy and Wellness, we’ve chosen not to accept insurance for our services so we can offer the kind of care we believe truly supports deep, lasting change. We’re a holistic and innovative practice, and that means our work often goes beyond what insurance considers “medically necessary” or narrowly defined diagnoses.
By staying independent of insurance, we’re able to:
Personalize your care. We tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals, not to what an insurance algorithm allows or reimburses.
Prioritize quality over quantity. You get expert clinicians who are deeply committed to their craft, not overwhelmed by high caseloads or forced into rigid treatment models.
Protect your privacy. Insurance companies require sharing detailed personal information to justify coverage. We believe your healing journey should stay between you and your therapist.
Use innovative and integrative approaches. Many of our clients are drawn to modalities like transformative couples therapy, somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, or psychedelic integration approaches often not covered by insurance.
We know therapy is an investment, and we’re happy to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement when possible. More than anything, we’re committed to giving you care that’s effective, compassionate, and rooted in integrity.

We understand that therapy is an investment of your time, energy, and resources. At Alchemy Therapy and Wellness, our fees reflect the level of experience, training, and specialized expertise each of our clinicians brings to their work.
Our team includes licensed professionals with advanced credentials in areas like trauma, couples therapy, psychedelic integration, and somatic healing. We’re not just offering support, we’re offering skilled, transformative care that’s grounded in evidence-based practice and deep presence.
Because we’re a private practice that values quality over quantity, we keep our caseloads intentionally small so we can show up fully for each client. Your session fee supports not only your time in the room, but also the behind-the-scenes consultation, treatment planning, and ongoing training that ensure your care is exceptional.
