Maddie was very knowledgeable and did a great job supporting me, asking thoughtful questions, and following up as needed. She was always kind, supportive and empathetic…a true client advocate.

This is a great fit it: you are stuck in cycles of burnout, anxiety, or disconnection - whether that is showing up for you individually, or in the relationship with your partner. You know that something needs to change, but just knowing there is a problem hasn’t been enough to get you where you want to be.

What to expect working with Maddie: My approach is based on a simple truth: stress and disconnection aren’t just in our heads: they show up in our bodies, our patterns, and the way we relate to the people we love. My background as a dancer and working in cardiology as an exercise physiologist witnessing burnout, combined with my somatic training, allows me to integrate the mind and body effectively. I focus on helping you reduce chronic stress and disconnection rather than just talking about it.

  • For individuals: We will use gentle, body-based techniques to move beyond talk, safely release emotional tension often stored in the body, and help your nervous system regulate. We’ll target healing burnout and perfectionism at the root by helping you create better boundaries, self-compassion, and practical strategies to reduce overwhelm.

  • For couples: We will focus on cycles of disconnection from the root while integrating somatic tools to feel more grounded, connected, and supported during relational stress.

The goal? To integrate body connectivity into your life, moving past overwhelm to feel truly at home with yourself.

A little about me: I am originally from the Midwest and currently call Colorado home. I am an enthusiast of all things Avalanche hockey, Packer football, and true crime documentaries. I am equally happy reading a good book, or hiking with my husband and fur babies, Bo and Murphy.

Fun Fact: One of my most favorite movies is The Grinch!
