I’d love to help you if you currently feel emotionally blocked or disconnected from your body. You need physical support to process and integrate intense emotional tension, anxiety, or trauma. You seek a healer who combines clinical bodywork with intuitive and spiritual wisdom to anchor your healing into your nervous system.
My role is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed support that honors the body as a source of wisdom. My journey into healing was inspired by tracing how physical wounds, when healed, lead to profound changes in our inner world. I aim to provide exceptional service that feels safe, effective, and deeply transformative.
Trauma-Informed Bodywork: I use a unique, combined approach drawing from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Craniosacral techniques to safely release tension and gently regulate the nervous system.
A little about me: My healing journey began with yoga, which alleviated my own anxiety and depression by tracing the patterns between the body and mind. This process inspired me to attend the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. I’ve been reading cards professionally since 2019 and finished my own deck, The Skeletal Tarot, in 2020. I love combining all my practices into one profoundly integrative approach.
